On December 14th, representatives from the Chestermere Rotary Club joined staff at City Hall to present a significant donation to the City of Chestermere’s Gifts of Kindness Fund. The City is pleased to accept this donation and would like to recognize The Chestermere Rotary Club for the amazing work they do in improving our community. This contribution will help support Chestermere residents in crisis who require immediate relief.
Karen McKee, the President of the Rotary Club, has been an integral part of the organization since 2014. She embodies the Rotary Club’s motto, “Come as you are, and give what you can,” reflecting the inclusive and giving nature of the organization. Since a youth, Karen has seen the firsthand impacts of doing good in her community and understands just how far a helping hand can go.
