The 2024-2029 Strategic Plan for the City of Chestermere was created by City Council to guide the activities of both council and city administration.
The plan, which aims to provide a long-term vision for the community, was created with collaboration from City Council and senior administrative staff to determine the city’s direction. The strategic plan is broken down into four Key Areas of Focus.
- Focused and Effective Leadership,
- Mindful and Responsible Community Stewardship,
- Strong and Varied Economy, and
- Inclusive and Diverse Social Connections.
The plan will be reviewed and updated regularly to ensure that it remains relevant.
