Go Girl is an action-packed, one-day event designed to support girls, ages 9 – 15, to pursue an active living lifestyle. Up to 200 girls will “see and try” a variety of physical and wellness activities and receive information on where to participate in activities of their choice in our community. In addition, the participants will be provided with nutrition and wellness resources during the lunchtime resource fair.

- Baton twirling with Remix Baton Club
- Yoga with Luna PLAY Kids
- Learning about mental health with Stepping Stones to Mental Health
- Basketball with CLS Minor Basketball Association
- Fitness with Fuel House
