Your responses have played a crucial role in guiding our decisions on resource allocation, enabling us to enhance the well-being of everyone in Chestermere. Who is conducting this survey?
The survey is being conducted by HelpSeeker Technologies in collaboration with the City of Chestermere, in order to understand the social supports and services in Chestermere.
What is the purpose of the survey?
The goal is to identify what resources and support are needed to assist the community. It will help identify the needs that may be required for various groups or programs and create a plan that fits the community’s needs.
Where can I take the survey?
You can take the survey online (above), or if you prefer a paper copy, they are available at City Hall, as well as community partner organizations and nonprofits throughout the City.
When will the survey be available?
The survey will run from August 21, 2023, to September 15, 2023.
Why should I participate?
Your thoughts are valuable in understanding what the community needs. Your answers will help make decisions about social support services. Plus, by taking the survey, you can enter into a draw for one of 3 $50 gift cards.
How long will it take to complete the survey?
The survey should take between five to ten minutes to finish.
What happens to my data?
All information will be kept without names or identifiable information. It will be used when deciding how to help people and organizations in Chestermere, and could be used in analysis, publications, and reports. Your information will be stored on a password-protected computer and accessed only by the research team. Any personal information for the prize draw will be kept separately from the survey, and will be removed after the draw.
Who is eligible for the prize draw?
You must live or work in Chestermere to be part of the draw, and you can only enter once.
